To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact Tarot by Cyra by email, phone or WhatsApp at least 12 hours before your scheduled session. Cancellations made more than 12 hours before your appointment are eligible for a full refund or free reschedule. Cancellations made within 12 hours are non-refundable.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days.
Yes. Every reading and healing session is completely private and confidential. Your personal information and anything discussed during your session will always be treated with respect and discretion.
